Gaining and Losing

Of all the wonderful experiences in the world, eating and sleeping are on the top of my list. So, it’s not a mystery why I keep on gaining weight. And I’m sure I’m not the only one who gains weight faster than lose some. It’s like I deprive myself for two weeks and lose and few pounds only to gain more than I lost when I eat in a buffet one Friday. Sounds not fair, right?

But, the point is, you gain some, you lose some. In short, with just enough will power, discipline and trusted diet pills, you can lose weight. Now, the decision whether to gain what you lost is up to you, right?

And what’s wrong with gaining some? Shed it again. Life is just like that. It’s made up of various cycles that make life more difficult but in some ways exciting…
